At the heart of my work is listening deeply.

Whether you’re a singer, songwriter, performer, creative practitioner, or someone standing at the edge of a new creative chapter, I offer one-to-one sessions designed to support your unique voice, creativity and artistic development.

My work is less about teaching a formula and more about helping you uncover what is already waiting to emerge.

Together we’ll explore your ideas, your questions, your creative challenges and your aspirations, helping you move forward with greater clarity, confidence and authenticity.

Creative Development

Sometimes what we need isn’t more information.

Sometimes we need space.

Space to think. Space to listen. Space to hear what our own creative instincts have been trying to tell us.

Creative Producing & Mentoring

Over the years I have worked across music, theatre, film, community arts and large-scale creative collaborations.

Alongside my own work as a composer, songwriter and performer, I have often found myself supporting others to clarify, shape and strengthen their creative projects.

This work sits somewhere between mentoring, producing, coaching and collaboration.

I bring fresh perspective, thoughtful questioning, practical experience and deep listening to the creative process.

My role is not to tell you what your work should be.

My role is to help you hear it more clearly.

About Sarah

I am a New Zealand composer, singer, songwriter and creative practitioner with more than thirty years of experience creating original work.

My projects have spanned albums, theatre, film, live performance, community arts and multidisciplinary collaborations.

Again and again I return to the same belief:

Creative work is at its most powerful when it arises from authenticity.

When we stop trying to sound like someone else and begin listening more closely to our own voice, something remarkable can happen.

My work is dedicated to helping people discover, trust and express that voice.
